Ripple Website isn't working properly
Sometimes your web browser may cache or store website data within your browser, resulting in the following possible issues:
- Pages that fail to load without any web data
- My Tutorials not showing your tutorials correctly
- Problems logging in to the website
- Payment problems at checkout
If you experience any of the problems listed, try opening the website in a “Private” tab or “Incognito” tab; if this fixes the issue, you probably have bad cache within your web browser and will need to clear your cache. Please follow the steps listed for your specific browser:
CLEARING CACHE IN SAFARI:
- Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences.
- In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button Remove All Website Data….
- Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears
CLEARING CACHE IN SAFARI FOR iOS:
- Open your Settings app.
- Tap Safari.
- Tap Clear History and Website Data and confirm.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
CLEARING CACHE IN CHROME:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- On your browser toolbar, click More (three dots) > More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
- In the “Clear browsing data” box, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose beginning of time to delete everything.
- Click Clear browsing data.
CLEARING CACHE IN FIREFOX:
- From the History menu, select Clear Recent History.
- If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.
- From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
- Next to “Details”, click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.
- Click Clear Now.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
